This feels more like a toy than a tool.

Comments about Gear Wrench 23-Piece 1/4" Drive Metric Pass-Thru® Socket and Bit Set:
I only work on motorcycles so that is what this set is used for. The pass-thru design gives you greater torq with the smaller drive ratchets and the smaller drive ratchets allow you to get to those hard to reach places. Again, I only work on motorcycles but I would have to imagine these would be great for working on the small sized import cars also.

Comments about Gear Wrench 23-Piece 1/4" Drive Metric Pass-Thru® Socket and Bit Set:
It would have been nice if the store had the metric unit that was shown on-line as available. It also would have been nice if the case wasn't cracked with the hinge broken off, something I did not discover 'til I got home. Perhaps GearWrench has a nice product here, and I like their other tools, but AdvanceAutoparts has done a very poor job representing the brand

Comments about Gear Wrench 23-Piece 1/4" Drive Metric Pass-Thru® Socket and Bit Set:
I find that the pass through design is especially handy to carry around in the car or lightweight tool box. These sets give you both standard and deep well with fewer pieces. Can even be used when a deep well isn't deep enough. About the worst thing I can say is the case is lousy. It's not going to stand up to the bangs and bumps of a set that is taken every where. And you need to be careful how you hold it and where you set it down open or it will spill everything out.
