The website will telll you that this is an EXACT match to 1997- 1999 Doge Neons. It is NOT an exact match, not even close! The diameter of this rotor is an inch bigger than exact fit!

Usually replacing a rotor requires removing the tire, caliper, caliper bracket, and some times there is a screw holding the rotor in place unless it is what is called a "floating" rotor, which is not head in place by a screw.Answered on 1/5/2010 by Mike from Advance Auto Parts
