I contacted the help desk asking if it came with gaskets. They said no. Then they suggested what gaskets to buy which were expensive. Glad I waited to see if it came with them before buying expensive gaskets. Other than that it seems to be a good purchase.

This CAT bolted right up to the OEM exhaust system no mods. required . The hardest part was removing the old CAT; works great MIL light went bye bye!

Fast and prompt shipping. Package was moderately damaged upon receipt. No parts were missing, but it could have easily happened. This replacement was about 1/2" longer than the stock cat, but did fit overall. Welds looked good, no concerns with the finish of the product. That is where the good ends. The body of this cat is much smaller than stock. In order to get the O2 sensor to fit into the body and screw in completely, the wires on the O2 sensor had to be lengthened. This unit does NOT come with a heat shield, nor does it have any way of mounting a heat shield. Brackets had to be fabricated and mounted to the cat in order to facilitate the heat shield. Lack of the heat shield is a HUGE safety concern in my opinion as the fuel lines run directly above the cat. The heat shield provides just that--a heat shield so the fuel lines are not exposed to extreme temperatures. The lack of an included heat shield or a way to facilitate the factory heat shield make this product far from acceptable. It directly bolts onto the existing connections, sure, but in no way is this "direct fit" without some work. The average consumer would not be able to install this in their vehicle without major modifications. Next time I will be going with the factory cat to avoid all these issues.

Does the Magnaflow Cat come with gaskets? It looks like my car takes the triangular gasket, but only Walker sales the triangular gasket on your website. Do I need a Magnaflow gasket, or will the Walker gasket fit?

You would need to order Walker Exhaust Gasket (Part No. 31383) and Walker Exhaust Gasket (Part No. 31645) to use with this MagnaFlow Direct Fit Catalytic Converter.
