Maybe optronics should put better instructions on their website. The unit is useless without instructions. I will return and find a better manufacturer. A total waste of time.

Difficult to get wire into unit. Unit not very solid and you have to handle it carefully.

I had to open the plastic housing to see how the clips "clicked" in and epoxy the to parts back together. The worst instructions and poorest engineering I've seen!! /This is JUNK!!

Design problems:
1. No strain relief for power cord
2. Only one side contact - should have 2
3. Poor design for the internal contacts. The internal parts should have more contact area. This plug overheats at 10 amps, but it is rated higher than this.

This is a cheap piece of junk. Instructions are totally inadequate and even once you figure it out the connectors bend and fail before the "Click" into place as the instructions say. They should not even sell this product.
