Comments about Ready-Aire Heater Core:
I had planned to use this product during the restoration of my Ford F-150 pick up truck. I chose not to use the product because the increased tank sizes on this product prevented me from usind the OEM heater box seal. I called the manufacture direct and found then to be very nice. A we talked they began to understand my problem but after a lot of discussion and serching on their part, they could offer no suggestions that might solve my problem. There only suggestion was that I may have to make a new gasket that would allow their heater core to seal in my heater box. Although, many of the other heater cores from other manufactures, presented the same problem, I was able to locate a local supplier that sold a heater core that worked with my OEM gasket.
