Q:
I have a 1999 Jeep Wrangler Sport. Over the past few weeks it has gotten harder to start. If i try to start and hold it long enough it will start, but if i try to start it then let off and try to start it again it will start right up. I hear a whistle towards the back passenger side when i accelerate. I have already changed the spark plugs and done a basic tune up. A few people say the problem is the fuel filter.
