Comments about Monroe Quick-Strut Complete Strut Assembly:
Used these struts on three occasions, all Chrysler minivans. One time the sway bar link rod was broke so each time I just cut the link rods with a torch and replaced them as well. Also, I'd recommend using the AK71 Monroe cam bolts. The struts are designed for that bolt. Camber alignment will be necessary. Fortunately, I have a camber gauge.

Comments about Monroe Quick-Strut Complete Strut Assembly:
Bought both the front left and right quick-strut. Anyone can change these if their even a little competent on mechanical things. However i found the directions didnt exactly mirror the Van i was putting them on, however i got them both installed in about 2 and half hours at a leisurely pace.
The only down side was my other struts were pretty wore i suppose, because when i installed these my alighnment was so off and i had the camber of car from Tokyo Drift or something. Alighnment fixed that and it drives pretty good.

Comments about Monroe Quick-Strut Complete Strut Assembly:
They're better than trying to fool with a spring compressor or attempt to piece meal on the cheap. Take the plunge and get the quick strut assembly and be done with it. Nothing fancy just three nuts and two bolts, super easy to install. I purchased front disks and pads at the same time and did everything within one hour. I would also recommend a front end alignment, the car will feel like new again. PS: I did consider a cheaper brand from [@]but didn't want to risk safety at 70 miles per hour for a few dollars.

Comments about Monroe Quick-Strut Complete Strut Assembly:
2 years ago I did a rebuild using new springs and struts only (with old top/bottom mounts, spring bushings, etc). Big mistake! Soon after installation, top mount broke and had annoying rattle over bumps (not to mention safety concerns). Paid a little more this time for the all-inclusive "Quick-Strut" assembly-- now have all new components and installation was a snap. Don't compromise with a partial rebuild. Do it right the first time-- use all new parts!!
