Bargain basement, but what a puzzle for the first one - trial and error, and error... No major problems though - make sure you grease the adjuster(just a little), I had to take mine back off and adjust manually. Hey, first time with a Honda. And if the advice is wrong, please correct, but it worked for me - I don't want anybody to think I am a mechanic, then all my friends would want me to fix their cars! LOL But truely, after the first the second was MUCH easier, and my wife made a great teammate!

These are great replacement shoes. No need to spend more money on higher priced items. Rear brake shoes rarely need replacement as they take so long to wear. The main thing is to install and set them properly then you won't have any issues. I have purchased several of these in the past for different vehicles and all work great. And with Advance online discounts, you can't go wrong!!!

My secretary needed shoes on the back of her little toyota. Generally I buy the Advance auto gold or ceramic..but she is on a budget and rear shoes last for years and years. I sent her to Advance Auto because of all the discounts available online..and for the back shoes for a Toyota, I figured shoes are shoes. Installation for shoes is a pain compared to front disc's but I generally only do rears once in a life time per vehical.

Do you only list one set of shoes for the back wheels for a 96 Honda Civic dx??
