i should have read the reviews, and since i didnt, please trust my review. this is pure manure. i removed a AC delco mod, after 20 years, and bought this, and 1.5 years later, its bad... do not buy this. do not buy any accel parts. none! i mean none! i have a cap thats also going bad and a wire set. please trust my review and the reviews of others.

**WARNING** DO NOT BUY this accel module. IT DIED ON ME WHILE ON THE HIGHWAY in 1 year. Engine would not start. Had to get towed to repair shop and labor. $70 for tow & $60 for labor. Computer showed limp mode. Tested module on a ignition module tester at Advanced and it failed all tests. This was installed in a 4.3 89 S-10 Blazer driven daily. Reinstalled original module of 22 years and all is working now. Accel ONLY has a 90 day warranty. Check out the other comments - high failure rate after a short period of time. Called accel and was told sorry only 90 day warranty. Buy BWD with a lifetime warranty.
IF YOU BUY THIS ACCEL Ignition Control Module REMEMBER YOU WERE WARNED!!!
I will never buy another accel product again. I would be the fool if I did.

I thought that Accel was high quality when I replaced my AC Delco module. The ignition module failed on my 91 GMC pick up and I reinstalled the factory AC Delco to make it home.
