This was my first installation. Product installed easily. Have had on for about a week and performance seems good so far. Have not noticed any dusting. These pads are quiet. Actually quieter than pads installed previously by local shop that were supposed to be "really good pads". Very happy with these from Advance.

I bought these CERAMIC pads expecting as always to dramatically reduce brake dust buildup on wheels and tires. These produce so much black dust on both front wheels of the vehicle it makes me believe these are just low quality semi-metallic pads. The semi-metallic pads that were on there previously produced less dust. Both sides are equally as bad.

You sent me the wrong pads. They were about a inch short. Don't you look at the application. this caused me double the work and it cost me $14.00 to ship this junk back to you.

This part that i ordered for my 2005 dodge 2500 was the wrong one even though the web page said it WAS A EXACT FIT FOR MY VEHICLE when i called to report a problem with it being the wrong sizeand that i had traveled 25 miles round trip to pick it up to find out it was the wrong size (which their customer service said, there are several size parts that fits my truck?????) and they where out of the right part in ceramic at the store,so i had to buy a non ceramic with out my discount of 15% that i had on my on-line purchase(about $7.00 that the store could not give me on a part bought at the store.)it cost me more for cheaper brake pads.(they said they would send my a $5.00 gift card have not seen it yet but Thanks in advance if it arrives).
NOT IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WEB SITE ,WHERE IS THE SPECS. AND DECRIPTIONS ARE INCOMPLETE -THEIR PRODUCTS SEEM TO BE GOOD IF YOU CAN GET THE RIGHT PART WHEN ORDERING.
P.S. Did find out if you call them i was told by the service rep. i talked to that they can access a better parts system that we as customers can not.

I had ordered new pads for my 2004 Dodge Ram 5.7 engine 4 wheel 702drive.I received part number PNAD702 and they were the wrong noes and size . I returned them to my local store and was given part number CNAD965 as the proper fit for my truck in a ceramic pad. I find no listing for that part number.
