The Beck/Arnley Air Mass Sensor - Part No. 158-1042 comes with an inner diameter of 70 mm. The diameter you are looking for seems to be larger than this part (3 3/8" is 85.7 mm). I do not see a larger Air Mass Sensor which is similar to Part No. 158-1042.
