The Delphi Fuel Pump - Part No. FE0113 will offer your 1995 Chevrolet Lumina a maximum pressure of 7-8 PSI. Unfortunately I do not see an inline fuel pump with 60 PSI for your vehicle available with us online. For accessing the fuel pump on your Chevy Lumina, the fuel tank must be removed. Before servicing the fuel pump the fuel system pressure must be relieved. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Raise the car on a hoist. Remove the fuel tank. Remove the fuel tank sending unit and pump assembly by turning the cam lock ring counterclockwise. Lift assembly from the fuel tank. Pull the fuel pump up into the attaching hose while pulling outward away from the bottom support. Take care to prevent damage to the rubber insulator and strainer during removal. After the pump assembly is clear of the bottom support, pull the pump assembly out of the rubber connector for removal.
