The base of this fan does not fit into the fan motor mount of a stock '98 Honda Civic fan. I had to shave the plastic off the fan shroud just so this could fit in. By doing this I can't get all the screws to secure the fan. 2 screws is enough to secure the fan, just be aware that this might not fit perfectly without adjustment.

Can't comment intelligently about the quality of the part itself; see comments on Service/Delivery. 3 stars to avoid a polarizing answer...

Comments about Factory Air Radiator or Condenser Fan Motor:
The fan blades can get out of balance on the long shaft and start to wobble. This is not good for the fan motor. The shaft needs better support for the fan blades and not just a notch on the shaft.

May be great for radiator fan but if your condenser fan looks like part #75725 don't waste your time. This part doesn't even come close to fitting the shroud.
