Doesn't fasten securely.
I purchased this as replacement on 2010 Infinity QX56. The fit guide for yr/make/model claimed it was an exact fit with included adapter. The flimsy plastic adapter doesn't securely hold the battery....Read complete review
I purchased this as replacement on 2010 Infinity QX56. The fit guide for yr/make/model claimed it was an exact fit with included adapter. The flimsy plastic adapter doesn't securely hold the battery. It's uncomfortably loose. The vehicles battery cover is no longer useable with the Optima. I returned the Optima. They need a better bracket adapter and should alter there "Exact Fit" to indicate "Trim parts must be modified or removed".

Fast shipping. Product came in a fully protected and insulated box. The battery had no chance to move in the packing. Easy to install in my Ford Escape 4wd. Replaced the old Optima that was installed in 2008 and was starting to die out a bit. Would easily recommend to others. Put it in and the truck started right up, no hesitation at all.

With this dry battery replaced an older acid one on a recently purchased used 2005 Lexus RX330. The old battery acid vapors corroded the battery holding clamp, bolts, nuts, and fouled air in my garage. Bought it on Advanced Auto Parts website with delivery to and installation at their nearest to my address store in Bunnell, FL. The store staff was excellent: knowledgeable, prompt, and cooperative, allowing me to clean the battery shelf from old battery corrosion debris. They also used a device that plugs into the car power outlet to help the car retain its vital gauge settings while they disconnected the old battery. Although the new battery was smaller in height and depth, it came with a height booster, and the OEM car battery clamp and its retaining J bolt and nut fit the new battery. However, I purchased new J bolt and nuts and replaced the old ones. Now, my car engine compartment is acid-vapor clean, and the quality of the air in my garage has changed dramatically for the better. I am giving 4 (four) stars to this product at this point reserving an opportunity to take time to test it and review it on the subject of durability and performance over its life span.

Easy to handle, includes removable strap to carry battery and put in place. Ordered on website , got discount, then went to store for easy pickup at counter. Replaced old optima same battery, it was about 5 years old I think, nice lifetime for an auto battery.

Still early, so I can't comment on longevity yet. Fitment was spot on with supplied height adapter. Car now cranks very strong even on the coldest mornings. Recommended as a high CCA replacement/upgrade for a group 35 in a daily driver (yellow top would be more suitable for a weekend or occasional use car).

I use them and I trust them. What more is there to say. If you keep your vehicles for many years these Optimas are certainly a good investment. I enjoy cross country road trips in a vintage sports car. Our next trip will be out to Wyoming. We're planning a trip to Yellow Knife, NWT, Canada next year. Optimas will be with us because we need reliability and peace of mind. Need a battery, get one.

This Optima Batteries RedTop Starting Battery, Group Size 35, 720 CCA - part# 35 has 3 year free replacement warranty. Free Replacement Period begins the day of purchase and expires at the end of the Free Replacement Period printed on your original sales receipt. This period does not renew when the battery is replaced during the Free Replacement Period. If the battery becomes defective after the Free Replacement Period and prior to the end of the warranty period, the warranty benefit will be prorated and can either be credited toward the purchase of a new battery or refunded at our option. The proration amount shall be determined by dividing the purchase price by the number of months of the warranty period, then multiplying the result by the months remaining in the warranty period. Partial months are rounded to the nearest whole month. Installation of an automotive battery in any other type of vehicle or equipment voids your warranty.
